I just want to encourage people who have pets in Condo's, that I have successfully won the right to keep my two cats in my condo. I followed some of the advice given on this site and by people associated with this site. On my own, I took the case from the State to the Feds. Later on I did get a pro bono lawyer who said he would have advised me to do the same. In the end, I do not know why my Board dropped the case. It was either the fact of the money, or my overwhelming documentation that my cats were needed for support purposes.

My Board refuses to give me the minutes of meetings where they decided to go forth with this frivolous law

and show me the bill of what the Association paid for the lawyers. By the way, the law firm they used was Becker and Poliakoff. I will keep pursuing this.
