Citizens for Pets in Condos, Inc. is a 501-c3 tax exempt
private operating foundation dedicated to increasing acceptance of companion
animals in condos and other types of association-run housing. People love their pets and are devastated if
they are forced to remove them. There
are many health benefits to be derived from having companion animals. See the Health Benefits tab of our web site,
www.petsincondos.org to read more. The
real, and only issue, is owner (guardian) responsibility. The woman who allowed her dog to pee in the
entrance planter because "My dog can't read" is not only guilty of
violating her condos' rules but also of making it more difficult for
responsible pet owners.
Citizens for Pets in Condos considers dog size a moot point. Animal experts agree that an individual dog's disposition and basic obedience training make much more difference than dog size.
