Citizens for Pets in Condos does not rent or sell personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide ervices you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to share your contact information with League of Humane Voters (LOHV). Since we are a 501-c3 tax exempt organization, we cannot provide you information about candidates. LOHV can update you about candidates and general pro-animal legislation. You have the right to opt out of having us send your information to them. All you need to do is contact us at info@petsincondos.org and say you do NOT want your contact information to go to LOHV.
