RAPALLO SOUTH RULES
GOVERNING PETS
1, One dog or one cat or one bird not to exceed
20 pounds. If an anlmaI exceeds 20 pounds, it will not be admitted, nor
permitted to remain.
2. A Pet Committee would receive and review
written complaints and take necessary action. Continued verifiable complaints
would trigger Committee and Board action and could result in the pet’s
expulsion.
3.
Owner will be required to complete a pet application. A fee of $100
will be assessed (non-refundable) will be assessed.
4.
Pets must be leashed and carried
upon leaving their Apartment unit, utilizing the service elevator or
stairs only. The only exception would apply if the service elevator was out of
order.
5.
All pets are to be carried or walked to Flagler Drive or Rapallo rear
grass. Plastic Baggies and a disposal unit
will be provided at the service exit
and trash room.
6.
Owners must clean up after their pets.
7.
Pets are not allowed on Rapallo grass, garden, pool area, lobby, halls,
or ground floor.
8, No pets in Laundry rooms at any time,
9. Rapallo employees are prohibited from walking
or looking after pets during working hours.
10. The Screening Committee is not allowed to seek
approval for a prospective pet owner buyer or renter from the Board without
first having approval from the Pet Committee.
11. Loaned or visitor pets are allowed only after
rules have been reviewed and an application has been completed. A fee of $25,00
is required for any pet kept for 48 hours or more.
12. All pets residing in the condominium shall be weighed
once per year by a Veterinarian at the time of the pet’s yearly vaccination. For each pet a
Veterinarian’s Certificate, signed by the Vet. certifying that the Information contained therein is
correct, shall be furnished to the Manager's Office at the Association. The
Certificate shall contain the following Information.
(a) The Date, Name, Address, Phone Number and
License Number of the Veternarian.
(b) Name and Address of the
Owner of the pet.
(a) Sex, Age, Breed, Color, Weight and Name of the
Pet.
13. Palm Beach County collar tag must be worn at
all times. This can be obtained at the Vet.’s office.

are permitted to keep only the listed pet and you cannot replace or
