Please attend condo town halls and community meetings as they come up.  You can give testimony about the need for pet-friendly changes, and pass out flyers and brochures and get signatures on our on-paper petitions.

7/26/2008, 8:30 AM, New Dog Park Grand Opening in West Boca. Directions: West on Glades Road, past 441, past Cain Boulevard, just beyond fire station on the right side of the road; just east of the high school. There will be a Grand Opening Celebration (to include a "Leash-Cutting Ceremony" hosted by Commissioner Aaronson) along with free giveaways, rescue groups attending and all kinds of fun for Pets & Their People. 8/9/2008, 12 PM, Doggie "Scrub-a-Dub" Wash, fundraiser for South Florida Siberian Husky Rescue, held at VCA Hillsboro Animal Hospital, 4181 W. Hillsboro Blvd, Coconut Creek, FL 33073. $10 a dog/ $5 for Nail Trimming.

Ongoing: 

Jazz Brunch the first Sunday of each month.   Picnic baskets, blankets, chairs, dogs, children and people of all age groups blend into one large Jazz Appreciation Fest.
